The ideal team member will be a dedicated team player, possessing first class customer service skills, a love of working with the public and the ability to work under pressure. They will also have a positive, flexible attitude and be enthusiastic, also be able to take the initiative and self-motivated.

Please be aware that the role requires flexibility and includes availability to work on a Sunday, and you may also be required to work at one of the other parks at any time.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide a warm and friendly welcome to all our guests and visitors at all times
- Local information - be ready to share your knowledge and experience of the area to help our guests make the most of their holiday time
- Park knowledge be able to chat to guests about all the great facilities and activities on Park, and suggest those that the family might enjoy
- Preparation getting everything ready for our guests and courtesy telephone calls
- Take accurate detail of any maintenance/repairs needed and process straight away so that we can fix it for the guests asap and get it right first time
- Do the right thing if a customer has cause for complaint, lets put it right the first time
- Any other duties requested by your Manager
- Always treating every guest how you would like to be treated and with a bright and breezy attitude

- Ensuring all guests are given a warm welcome and a first-class service, giving a positive and memorable Lyons experience.
- Confidently deals with guest concerns with the ability to resolve problems, show empathy and understanding. Reacts to Guest Feedback and works with the team to respond quickly to address areas for improvement

- Have fun whilst working in a clean and inviting environment.

**Job type: Seasonal, part-time position, working 3 our of 7 days, includes weekend working**

**Wage: National Minimum Wage**

**Schedule**:

- 8 hour shifts, 9am-5pm
- 1 weekend working day required

**Experience**:

- Similar, or previous experience is essential for this role, full training will be provided.
