**Administrator, £20,000, Salisbury**
The **purpose** of this role:
This **Administrator** role is to support all members of the **Customer Service** department in administrative duties related to processing **customer orders**, **queries** and **complaints**. This is a great opportunity to become a part of a close-knit team within a family-owned, **manufacturing** company, who deliver high quality **service** to their global customer base.
As an**Administrator**you will:
- **Liaise** with different departments within the company
- Ensure **customer orders** are processed as required and on time
- Manage and close off any pricing or balance **discrepancies**:
- Manage allocated **stock** and reports, and contact customers for **payment** when stock is available
- Ensure **pick notes** and **invoices** are provided to relevant departments in timely manner
As an Administrator your **skills** and **experience** will include:
- Excellent administrative skills
- High attention to **detail**:
- Good **time management and organisational** skills
- Excellent communication skills with experience in handling **customer queries** over the phone
- Ability to build strong **relationships** at all levels across the business
