**The role**

For this role, you will need to have prior hands-on experience in a content-focused role, with up-to-date knowledge of the search marketing industry.

As the Content Specialist, you will be responsible for writing and optimising content across our brand websites.

You will work with the Head of Digital & Ecommerce, and the Head of Brands to define and create content for our brands, ensuring that relevant lifestyle and interiors topics are covered, and copy is optimised to ensure SEO session goals are met.

**Main duties and responsibilities**
- Writing enticing product descriptions and collection copy
- Creating informative, insightful and clear blog posts.
- Content gap analysis
- Ensure consistency with paid marketing activity by working closely with the Paid Media Marketing Manager to align on target keywords and organic/paid SERP optimisation
- Perform regular keyword research on trends, target audiences, patterns, and competitor analysis

**Knowledge, skills and experience**
- 2+ years of experience creating SEO-optimised content
- Ideally a degree in marketing, PR, English, Journalism or other relevant qualification
- A good understanding of SEO best practices
- Proficient with keyword research tools and competitive analysis
- Passion for brand-led ecommerce

**Salary**: £28,000.00-£32,000.00 per year
