We are looking to recruit a hard-working individual to join our thriving Bereavement Team within our Private Client Department. This position provides a great opportunity for you to assume a key role in our ongoing success and to share your expertise in support of both individual and collective development.

**The Role**

As a Legal Assistant within our Bereavement Team, you will be collaborating with Solicitors and Fee Earners to ensure the efficient handling of our cases. You will work closely with the team to expedite cases efficiently, upholding high client service standards. Additionally, you will liaise with our valued clients, members of the team, and support the management of all cases in line with service level agreements and industry best practices.

**Responsibilities**:

- Liaising with and providing administration support for solicitors and case handlers
- Providing continued communication throughout the process
- Processing the mail
- Managing administration of Executries/ Probate /Trust Administration
- Working with the online case management system, keeping records up-to-date
- Answering calls
- Retrieving documents from storage
- Filing
- Arranging signing of mail
- Booking meeting rooms
- Taking payments from clients using payment platform
- Have the ability to work in a fast paced, high turnover environment
- Have experience preferably having worked in a Private Client Firm however this is not essential as training will be provided.
- Have strong communication skills
- Have attention to detail and ability to multi-task
- Excellent MS office skills
