They now seek to recruit an Early CareersDevelopment Lead, a newly created full time and permanent role within the company. The role can be based in either Bristol or Exeter and offers the flexibility of ongoing hybrid working.

Working closely alongside the Early Careers Manager, this will be a broad ranging and interesting position focussing on delivering a highly successful early careers experience to new employees. Core responsibilities of the role to include:

- Assume a lead role in providing early careers advice to employees and department managers
- Take a lead responsibility for implementing and developing high quality career training programs in line with the company's future strategy
- Develop and deliver a marketing strategy for target universities and colleges
- Researching and implement high quality CPD programs across all areas of the company
- Assist the Early Careers Manager with a range of ongoing projects
