We are looking for an enthusiastic Administration Clerk to join our friendly, multi-disciplinary team. The postholder will be responsible for providing administration and clerical support to the Cochlea Implant Service.

The role includes actioning referrals, entering data onto a patient management system, booking appointments including patient transport and interpreters, cashing up clinics as necessary, and dealing with telephone calls and face to face enquiries from the public, staff, and other Health Care Providers.

**SKILL/QUALIFICATION REQUIRED**:
GCSE Grade 4/C or above in English and Mathematics

Excellent interpersonal and organisational skills

We can offer staff gymnasiums on both hospital sites, excellent pension scheme and advice on childcare.
