Part Time/flexi Bookeeper/ Administrator

Small elderly care business requires a Bookkeeper and Administrator who can work closely with senior management. 8-10 hours a week, flexible on dates and times. Ideally two morning sessions.
Key would be managing invoices, uploading expenses, credit control and managing wages. Knowledge of Zero programme required as this is what we use.
Other Tasks would include..
*Assisting with rent collection and incoming queries from tenants (raising invoices, correspondence and liaising in person/on the phone)
*Procurement and management of contracts (gas, electric water, waste)
*Organising repair and maintenance (obtaining quotes from workmen)
*Being able to work independently.
**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent, Freelance
**Salary**: £14.00 per hour
Expected hours: 8 per week
