Are you a Senior Learning Experience Design professional ready to take the next step in an already great career? We're looking to recruit an exceptional Learning Experience Designer to step into the role of Learning Experience Sector Lead at Sponge; this is a relatively new role for us, meaning there is plenty of scope to make your mark. Reporting into our Principal Learning Designer, you'll work closely with our Delivery Leads, Creative Services and Commercial teams to deliver unforgettable learning and experiences to our clients. Providing vision, insight, expertise and experience in all aspects of Learning Experience Design, you'll work collaboratively with colleagues from across the business on both pre
- and post-sales activities to improve the efficiency, impact and quality of client solutions.
You've got a proven track record of designing, developing and delivering high-impact learning solutions within time and budget, and you enjoy sharing your expertise and experience with others throughout the business to help them grow and develop in their roles. You keep abreast of the latest trends in edtech and learning science, and can confidently advise on the right solutions to meet and exceed client expectations.
We believe that truly unforgettable learning comprises three things: it's purposeful, it's personal and it's experimental. If you're seeking a role where you can bring your talents and creativity to make a tangible difference to our clients and colleagues, this is the perfect opportunity for you.
**We're looking for people who can**:
- Lead and support the delivery of client solutions within scope and to the highest level of quality
- Represent our business as an expert in the field of Learning Experience Design, facilitating workshops and meetings with stakeholders to discuss requirements, constraints, business goals and solutions
- Act as a reassuring point of contact for concerns about quality of service, execution and delivery
- Innovate and improve ways of working to maximise client budgets, deliver on time and provide exceptional quality
- Act as a conduit between commercial teams and production, consulting and supporting to determine feasibility of proposed solutions
- Share best practice with colleagues from across different sectors, including ways of working, opportunities and threats and lessons learnt
- Provide coaching, mentoring and constructive feedback on performance, both on
- and off-project
- Work closely with colleagues in Commercial to identify and communicate feedback on delivered projects, evolution in approaches and opportunities for up/cross-selling to our clients
**Required experience, skills and attributes**
- Extensive experience of digital Learning Experience Design in an agency environment
- Experience and confidence working with large-scale global brands and senior stakeholders
- Strong commercial ability and understanding, including budgets, platforms, KPIs and data-driven analytics
- Technical knowledge of a range of learning experience systems, platforms and tools
- Ability to think creatively and critically and communicate ideas in an inspiring way
- Experience of line-management of others, including coaching, mentoring, performance reviews and day-to-day support
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills working both internally, and externally with clients
- Brave, comfortable with ambiguity and open to driving change
- Confident and trusted client-facing partner
- Organised, delivering consistently and collaboratively under pressure
If this sounds like you, we'd love to hear from you. You'll join a forward-thinking company focused on success, well-being, and career development. You'll collaborate and share learning with a team of exceptionally talented people who have a big challenge and a determined attitude, all whilst working in a supportive and hugely creative environment. In return you'll receive a competitive salary and a great benefits package (which includes remote and flexible working, pension, and a day off for your birthday), and become part of a company that's really going places.
**What we can offer you **
- A competitive salary - our priority is to find the right person
- Flexible working hours and the opportunity to work from home some of the week
- Pension
- Income protection and life assurance
- 5 weeks holiday plus bank holidays
- Your birthday off

**Location - Hybrid**
Our new headquarters is in the Bristol area (The Paintworks). We offer a mix of home and office working because we believe both are necessary for a high performing team.
