Billing Advisor

Blair West is supporting a rapid growth manufacturing business, part of a much larger global group, as the look to bring in a Management Accountant into an ambitious, close-knit Finance Team.

**The opportunity**:

- Prepare management accounts, providing insights into overheads and any variances between actuals and forecast/budget.
- Support with the forecast and budget process.
- Take ownership and manage all aspects of payroll.
- Prepare VAT returns, covering overseas transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Take responsibility for specific sections of the balance sheet, including fixed assets, prepayments, accruals, AP/AR reconciliation, intercompany transactions and leases.
- Assist with monthly and ad-hoc reporting, providing leadership with key financial insights to support informed decisions.
- Lead value-added finance projects to enhance our current finance processes, ensuring they align with the business needs and drive improvement.
- ACCA/CIMA/ACA qualification.
- Proficient in Excel and familiar with other Microsoft tools such as Power BI.
- A positive, can-do attitude and are committed to delivering truly excellent results.

- Strong communication skills, with the ability to present information effectively.

**Our commitment**:
Pay: £23,000.00-£24,000.00 per year
