Warmer Energy Solutions Ltd install low-carbon heating and renewable technologies to domestic properties in the UK. We specialise in Air Source Heat Pumps and Solar PV. We are a leading company in this emerging market. We work directly with utility companies and blue-chip organisations, as well as direct to customers. We help our customers reduce their carbon footprint by recommending and installing a bespoke low carbon energy solution to their home.

**Job description**

**Reporting to the Operations Director your duties will include**:
Working in the operations team at the post survey stage
- Complete desk top review of property surveys to assess suitability of products specified by technical surveyor
- Review building fabric and assess heat loss and heat demand of property using software provided
- Identify compliance risks and assist with design solutions to ensure compliance with scheme/product specific standards
- Liaise with customers to discuss product and scope of works proposed
- Liaise with commercial team to ensure commercial viability of proposed works
- Take inbound calls and make outbound calls to/from customers who have requested contact from the company in respect to the services we offer.
- Collect information and process customer inquiries
- Update internal and external systems
- Schedule works
- Provide updates and reports for client meetings

**Qualifications/Experience**
- Domestic Energy Assessor qualification is essential
- Retrofit Assessor qualification is desirable
- Good understanding of SAP, EPC's and building fabric is essential
- Good understanding of PAS retrofit process is essential
- Understanding of SAP and retrofit software such as Core Logic/ ECMK / Stroma is essential
- Excellent phone manner and communication skills essential
- IT literacy essential (MS Office Apps, Outlook, Browser, VoIP)
- Previous experience in Energy Company Obligation (ECO Scheme), Energy, Plumbing and Heating or Social Housing Sectors is desirable
- Consistent professional approach to customers, business associates and colleagues
- Own transport desirable but not essential
