This role sits in the Digital Transformation Solutions & Technology division at Sony Europe. Their mission is to facilitate the acceleration of management decision-making based on centralized data. Understanding how to use this data to improve everything from efficient business planning, customer experience & retention and campaign efficiency will be key to the success of Sony Europe.

You will

Reporting to the Salesforce Platform Manager, you will play a vital role within the Digital Transformation Applications team to improve and maintain Sony Europe's B2B Salesforce platform - from gathering requirements to designing scalable best practice solutions and supporting Salesforce Administrators to deliver the product roadmap for multiple business groups and functions.

We are looking for a proactive individual, with extensive knowledge of Salesforce system administration and a deep understanding of the platform and how it relates to business objectives, including all aspects of user management such as support tickets, training, and designing solutions with user satisfaction a priority.

You will:

- Manage all aspects of user and license management including new user setup/deactivation, roles, profiles, permissions, sharing rules
- Coordinate the evaluation, scope, and completion of new development requests, ensure configuration changes meet business requirements and focus on user experience
- User support requests
- Create system-level design, data modelling and implementation
- Be the lead member of the Salesforce Administrators
- Ensure timely, regularly scheduled delivery of improvements and enhancement projects
- Identify unused or underutilized platform features to ensure long-term viability, integrity, and adoption
- Make recommendations for enhancements and modifications to improve system performance, increase business and team process efficiency
- Manage the relationship between the Digital Transformation Applications and Global IS (Salesforce IT)
- Keep up-to-date with Salesforce releases

You will bring:

- Experienced in a senior admin role with 3 + years hands-on Salesforce system admin experience
- Sales Cloud Certified Salesforce Administrator
- Able to translate requirements into technical solutions
- Proficient in configuration and automation
- Experience working with multiple Orgs and supporting multiple business areas
- Firm understanding of IT and business concepts with the ability to evaluate the impact of business changes on systems
- Excellent Stakeholder management skills
- Problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and take initiative
- Ability to prioritize tasks to meet requirements and deadlines
