**Position: Permanent - Full Time**

An opportunity has arisen for a **Property Inspector/ Administrator** who has previous experience and who would now like to grow and develop their career in the property industry.

Our client is based in Weybridge and is a company with both a thriving sales and lettings department and an excellent reputation locally for being pro-active and highly energetic.

You will ideally have a great track record in Residential Property Inspections / Lettings Administrator. You will be a real people person, be able to build and maintain relationships with Landlords and Tenants, show empathy and understanding, problem solve effectively whilst staying calm under pressure. **Skills: The skills required for this** **Property Inspector/ Administrator** **role will include**:

- Experience in Property Inspections / Lettings Administration
- Understanding of current lettings legislation
- Highly organised and able to prioritise work load
- Problem solve effectively
- High level of customer service skills
- Good telephone manner and positive attitude
- Ability to work in a pressurised environment
- Knowledge of the local area helpful
- Full Driving License essential
