Lettings Administrator

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Lettings Administrator to join our team in London. As a key member of our office, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients and customers, while ensuring that properties are marketed correctly and in compliance with regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day operations in the office, including administrative tasks and compliance
- Provide outstanding customer service to clients and customers via phone, email, or in-person
- Oversee the marketing of properties to ensure accurate and timely listings
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives
Requirements:
- 2 years' experience as a Sales or Lettings Administrator (or similar)
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
