Our well-established Client based in Emsworth are looking for someone with 6 years' experience working in the Private Client sector.

They are seeking someone enthusiastic and driven to join our clients Emsworth team. You will have a proven track record working on a range of Private Client matters to include Probate, Wills, LPA’s, Tax and Trusts. You will be part of a small team with fullexposure to a varied caseload, building trusted, long-term relationships with clients. Duties will include but not limited to:

- Drafting of Wills and Codicils to include complex Wills
- Preparation and registration of Lasting Powers of Attorney
- Administration of estates and trusts - to include taxable and non-taxable
- Registration of Trusts
- Drafting Deeds of Variation
- Inheritance tax and succession planning
- Management of Client affairs under LPA’s or Deputyship Order

It is an advantage to have a full, clean driving licence, and should have insurance to travel for work purposes.
