Role Summary
MYG Construction Ltd is seeking an Administrator/Document Controller to assist with its continued growth, delivering projects across the UK. The individual will play a key role in supporting the company in administration matters, supporting the strategic decision making through effective oversight of its data and resources.
The individual will be responsible for the gathering and organisation of information within the company at one of our London based sites. The Administrator will work closely with the
Site Team and have regular contact with Directors.
The Administrator will be based at either one of our London Sites, either in Pimlico or
Edgeware Rd, supporting delivery of our key projects.

**Qualifications**:
Relevant qualification in Administration or similar - Desirable
Knowledge, training, and experience
The post holder will have the relevant specialist knowledge, training, and experience within a construction setting (ideally)..
Through existing knowledge and experience, support and improve the strategic decision making of the company through effective data and information management.
Communication and relationship skills:
The post holder will be expected to have excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).
Ability to receive and organise complex data, sensitive or contentious information.
Ability to communicate effectively with colleagues and superiors with the appropriate level of challenge on sensitive or contentious matters.
Ability to develop, manage and sustain good working relationships with all levels of staff throughout the organisation.
The post holder will have the ability to forge strong early relationships, both in person and via telephone, acting as the first point of contact for prospective clients.
Planning and organisational skills
Ability to closely monitor and report any exceptions or irregularities to the senior management.
Policy and service development
The post holder will be required to develop clear procedures for their own area to further improve efficiencies.
The post holder will also be responsible for proposing changes to existing projects or processes to maximise the financial benefits and client satisfaction.

Information resources
The post holder may be required to develop and create new reports, documents, graphs or presentation material.
Responsible for maintaining and ensuring high quality/accurate data is organised and retained including the currency and efficacy of company policies.
The Administrator may be required to convene and provide administration for annual general meetings (AGMs): for example, producing agendas, taking minutes, conveying decisions and handling meeting correspondence.
Research and development
The post holder will be asked (from time to time) to undertake their own research and development into this role to ensure working arrangements are in line with best practice.
Freedom to Act
The post holder will have the ability to be self-motivated, is able to manage and prioritise their own workload and be able to work autonomously, seeking assistance when needed.
Other duties
The post holder will be expected to perform other duties as required to ensure the attainment of the company’s objectives and mission.
