**Client Details**

My client are a reputable luxury fashion brand who sell womens clothing internationally. The wholesale part of the business see's them working with large high street retailers such as Harrods, SAKS and Selfridges which is why a well measured Credit Controlapproach is needed for this role.

**Description**
- Full management of the sales ledger from reviewing invoices to chasing for payment and reconciling all accounts, consisting of 150 clients
- Manage the bank account ensuring all transactions are understood and posted on a regular basis
- Monitor cash flow and complete short term forecasts
- New and existing client risk assessment
- Full responsibility for preparing and paying all members of staff on a monthly basis including all related taxes
- Prepare all contracts, including amendments, relating to employees
- Manage the staff appraisal process ensuring all documentation is completed promptly
- Manage all employee benefits. Updating as required and any required filings
- Monitor and report on cost variances relating to employee costs
- Prepare/submit Intrastat, EC sales and VAT return

**Profile**

The successful Sole Credit Controller will:

- Previous experience working with global customers with proven track record of results is essential, minimum 3 years. Within fashion would be advantageous.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, other languages would be advantageous.
- Excellent knowledge of sales tax
- Ability to multi-task and work to deadlines
- High levels of personal motivation, a positive attitude
- SAGE 50 or equivalent experience is essential
- Company transitioning to SAGE 200 so transition experience would be beneficial

**Job Offer**
