**The Role**

We have an exciting opportunity for an ambitious individual to join the Company Secretary function, focusing on administration of our share registry, equity transaction and corporate compliance. You will report directly to the Chief of Staff.

You will play a key role within the Company Secretary function, assisting with the life cycle of the Company's share plans, its corporate filings and registrations.

**Main Responsibilities**
- Lead the relationship with our share transfer agent and own the administration and operation of the companies' equity schemes and related record keeping.
- Carry out all equity transactions granted under employee schemes or otherwise, ensuring correct recording on registers and share databases. This includes developing and improving on processes to ensure efficient administration of the company share schemes.
- Own the relationship with the third party vendor of the share administration database, registry and identify new systems, tools and enhancements to help administer the scheme.
- Act in a customer service capacity to deal with incoming shareholder/participant enquires on employee or shareholder equity and shareholdings, for instance answering questions on the sale of shares transaction and current shareholdings.
- In this role, you will have day to day interaction with shareholders including but not limited to the provision of general information related to their shareholdings, share schemes, and assisting shareholders with share transfers.
- You will liaise with internal partners as well as external partners and will need to be able to resolve issues and problem solve.
- File annual or ad hoc corporate documents within our various operational jurisdictions.
- Respond to inquiries from current, former and potential employees about equity compensation Work closely with our People and Finance Teams for related tax statements, documents, clearances, support and filings and assessments of available share reserves and update internal stakeholders on changes in our registry.

**We Offer**

**_ This role is a Hybrid opportunity that requires 2 days a week (with some flexibility) in our Holborn office. There are also part time options available_**
