**The Role**:
We have an opportunity for a Customer Care Coordinator to join our team in Stirling.

Reporting to the Customer Care Manager you will be responsible for:

- Providing administrative support to the department & general office
- Handling and responding to customer correspondence
- Electronic and paper filing
- Record action logs.
- Liaise with and assist clients with the scheduling of inspection of remedial enquiries.
- Liaise with and assist clients with the scheduling of required remedial works.
- Liaise efficiently with Site Management teams, Customer Care Operatives and external Sub-contractors to ensure all remedial works are completed competently.
- Liaise with the Commercial/Buying departments with the ordering of required materials.
