The job involves line management responsibility. This will include carrying out appraisals, goal setting, organising training and development and managing capability or disciplinary issues if necessary.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a TIS Programme Coordinator to join Health Education England's Midlands offices. The post holder will undertake a wide range of tasks providing comprehensive management of the TIS data and Team for Health Education England working across both the East and West Midlands.

The role involves Excel work and TIS data and Tableau work and training, as well as effective time management to meet tight deadlines and the responsibility for the effective development of a high quality, comprehensive information database and associated reporting system for Health Education England

The Coordinator will lead on the development, implementation, monitoring and evaluation of new information systems/databases as required. The post holder will be required to carry out timely and accurate information analysis and regularly produce agreed and ad hoc reports as required.

Salary Progression
Applicants will commence at the bottom of Band 5 with a full-time starting salary of £27,055, with pay step increases after 2 years’ service and 4 years’ service.
