Your Sexual Health is the UKs leading provider of private sexual health tests in the UK. We have over 100 clinics nationwide offering a wide range of testing options. Our service is discreet & confidential.

Basic duties include
- Answering the customer service phone line
- Selling the service to patients
- Processing patient orders
- Liaising with clinics/hospitals/doctors for appointments
- Answering patient queries
- Providing an excellent patient experience
- Fulfilling patient's orders and requests

The successful person will have
- Excellent command of written and spoken English
- Excellent telephone manner
- Exceptional customer service skills
- A good understanding of the challenges of selling our services and appropriate manner
- Excellent IT skills
- Strong organisational skills
- Ability to adapt and use own initiative
- High attention to detail
- Willingness to learn about Sexual Health
- Excellent attention to detail
- Enthusiasm
- A good knowledge of UK geography

The successful person may have:

- Experience in customer service within a healthcare environment
- Healthcare experience
- Healthcare qualification

**Salary**: From £21,000.00 per year

**Experience**:
