**24-7 Locks Ltd is looking for an Administrator to join our team in Balsall Heath, Birmingham on a permanent basis. This is a full time role. On offer is a competitive salary £21,000 rising to £23,000 after a successful probation period and benefits package.**

**What will you deliver?**
- Provide an effective administrative service to the office and site team
- To ensure all required databases are kept up to date in a timely manner
- Data input and scanning documents for uploading onto the client’s information portal
- Professional and courteous when handling visitors and telephone communications
- Prioritising and managing workload

**Who are we looking for?**
- Previous administrator experience
- Ability to competently operate MS office
- Route Scheduling of multiple engineers
- Professional approach and manner
- Works well under pressure
- Timekeeping skills to meet deadlines

**Salary**: £21,000.00-£23,000.00 per year
