We are recruiting a Pathway coordinator who shares our vision and can be guided by our Trusts core values, Honesty, Equity, Accountability, Respect and Teamwork.

The post holder will be responsible for ensuring the effective day to day administration and co-ordination of clerical procedures concerning outpatients and appointment management in line with National Policy and locally agreed guidelines. Specifically, the post holder will ensure that trust targets (RTT) are adhered to and all systems are kept up to date.

Applicants will need to demonstrate excellent organizational and communication skills, as well as word processing and IT skills. The successful applicant will be expected to effectively prioritise work and meet challenging deadlines.

The Dermatology Service at Northwick Park Hospital are looking for a full-time pathway co-ordinator to work Monday to Friday.

You must possess excellent communication skills, working with deadlines and accurate keyboard skills are essential qualities that we are looking for.

To be responsible for providing administrative support to Clinical Teams

To ensure that every patient pathway is tracked to be diagnosed and treated as quickly as possible, ensuring this is achieved within relevant RTT standards.

Maintain an up-to-date record of patient tracking and escalations must be kept on the Trust database.

To support the Service Management team to ensure all administrative process are delivered including data and evidence collection for relevant national audits.
