**Role Overview**:
As a Senior Support Worker, you will play a pivotal role in providing leadership and guidance to the support team. Your experience and expertise will contribute to creating a positive and nurturing environment for the children and young people in our care. **Key Responsibilities**:

- **Leadership**: Provide leadership and direction to the support team, ensuring the highest standards of care are maintained.
- **Mentoring**: Support and mentor junior staff, sharing your expertise and contributing to their professional development.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with the management team to implement and improve care plans, contributing to the overall success of the residential children's home.
- **NVQ Level 3 Expertise**: Utilize your NVQ Level 3 qualification to ensure the highest quality of care and support is provided.

**Requirements**:

- NVQ Level 3 in Children and Young People or equivalent.
- Proven experience as a Senior Support Worker in a residential setting.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
