**The Role**:
To manage the operational tasks of the main entrance/concierge to provide a helpful and professional front-of-house concierge service in order to maintain a safe environment. To liaise with all managers and Team Leaders across the site projecting a professional image and attitude.

- Numerate, literate and practical
- Requires a professional and sympathetic approach to people
- Use of monitoring systems
- Completion of mandatory training as specified
- Experience/knowledge of practices and procedures
- Risk Management
- Be prepared to undertake Violence and Aggression Training
- Good interpersonal skills
- Manual Handling
- Fire Safety

**Contract type**:
Permanent

Part-Time

25 hours

**Please note this is a part-time post and the salary for this position will be pro-rata.**

**Location and Working Pattern**:
This role will be based in Administrative Services - Office Services within Motherwell Health Centre

The working pattern will be 25hrs - Monday - Friday 7.30am - 12.30pm
