Fine Management Administrator

**Role responsibilities**:
- Receiving and recording various fines, police letter and notices
- Dealing with fines by way of payment, transfer of liability, appeal, or redirection
- Reporting on fine status or outcome for clients as requested
- Dealing with escalations, Orders for Recovery/Statutory Declarations
**Essential skills**
- Self-motivated, team player
- Logical, solutions focused with good attention to detail
- Organised and methodical
- Strong communications skills, empathetic and patient
- Responsible, reliable, able to work to deadlines and targets
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook
