Residential Conveyancer - Reading
Our client are a Leading Thames Valley Law Practice. Established for over 70 years they are Legal 500 Chambers listed and Lexcel Accredited.
The firm have 4 offices throughout Berkshire & Surrey and specialise in Residential & Commercial Property, Wills and Probate, Commercial & Civil Litigation and Family & Divorce.
The firm are seeking a Residential Property Conveyancer (minimum 2+ years PQE or equivalent) to be based in their Reading office.
As an experienced Residential Property Conveyancer you will be able to handling all aspects of residential property from re-mortgaging and buy-to-let advice, Leasehold and Freehold matters, transfer of equity and shared ownership to high end property.
You will work in close proximity to rest of the Conveyancing team across the firms three other offices in the South East region. The practice use a Case Management System and you will be supported by a full time Secretary.
This is a busy and well established department dealing with good quality residential conveyancing and frequent repeat business.
