**Contracts Co-ordinator**
**Newark, Full time, Permanent**
**Salary £24,000 - £26,000 DOE**

We are seeking a Contracts Co-ordinator for our Newark client on a full time, permanent basis. The role will involve liaising with a variety of Contractors and co-operating with internal departments.

**ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES**

As Contracts Co-ordinator, your role will involve:

- Responding to customer queries
- Updating schedules as projects progress and obtaining missing relevant information
- Monitoring the work of site engineers
- Working with the Health and Safety Manager to ensure Risk Assessments, certificates and passes are correct and in order
- Working closely with a number of internal departments
- Planning, organising and assigning work for engineers

**CANDIDATE**
- Strong literacy and numeracy skills
- Ability to prioritise and plan your work (both for yourself and to support team members)
- Excellent communication skills
- Good computer knowledge (Microsoft Office, Excel etc.)

Ideally, you will have worked within a similar role previously and have experience dealing with contractors and engineers.
