**The Role**

Work with key business stakeholders

Support the delivery of better value and greater efficiency through the identification and elimination of unnecessary complexity within business processes

Identify trends and process variations as part of establishing a continuous improvement monitoring system

The development and implementation of a 'best-in-class continuous improvement strategy facilitating the Zero Defects & Operational Excellence programs.

Taking ownership of change initiatives from evolution/efficiency identification through to project delivery via internal governance and controls

Working with other team members and business services departments to devise new support material based on the revised processes, to include training, reporting and systems

Deliver Lean Improvement based workshops.

**The Person**

As a Continuous Improvement Manager, you will have an excellent understanding of continuous improvement concepts including Six Sigma, Lean and value stream mapping and will have worked in a fast-paced precision manufacturing environment.

With strong problem solving you will be analytical and be able to work on your own initiative with the ability to build strong relationships. You will have a natural ability to work well under pressure and the gravitas to influence key decision makers.
