**Who we are**

Milltons researches, develops, and avails medical solutions for patients who are suffering from unresolved, painful, and life-threatening chronic illnesses.

We put patients first, we do not patent our findings, rather focus on value, patient loyalty, and being the first to reach the patient with our breakthroughs.

We detect and treat Diabetic Retinopathy ten years earlier than mainstream technology, while our technology allows Cystic Fibrosis patients to reduce daily digestive enzymes capsules by around 80% and daily painful symptoms by over 50%.

Though we are a small company, we are present in over 30 markets with a clear global profile.

We are launching a large-scale study in Sweden, Denmark, and Norway for better understanding, better diagnosis, and eventually better treatment protocols for ophthalmic, digestive, and other neurovascular complications in Diabetes.

NOTE- In order to maintain our level of innovation ( **patient-generated R&D process with no patenting**), we have refrained from seeking venture capital or other type of funding that could impact our approach. So far,

100% of our funding comes from happy customers and happy patients.

I have spent over a decade inventing and launching medical products that reduce pain and deterioration for chronic patients today, rather than in the far future.

Besides living with a chronic condition, myself, in 2019 I realized that we were spending **less than 10%** of our time inventing and the rest convincing persons that **did not suffer from the illnesses we are solving** to adopt our technologies.

The patient is barely represented in the Research & Development (R&D) process.
We turn this around by making the R&D process initiated and orchestrated EXCLUSIVELY by independent researchers and patients living with the conditions we are addressing.

As my right-hand person, you will be exposed to a varied range of industries: International business development, product development, innovative impactful medical research, international marketing strategies, dealing with VIPs (in both research and in industry).

A balance between trade and science that simply accelerates impact.

**Tasks**
Specific tasks include, but are not limited to:

- Liaise with R&D companies, researchers universities and international distributors.
- Accounts management science (Diabetes Associations, service providers, Researchers, IT )
- Accounts management of international distributors.
- Prepare and send marketing material, quotations and contracts to potential partners.
- Various administrative tasks such as booking travel, accommodation, congresses.

**Requirements**:

- Outstanding organisational skills, with ability and desire to manage several projects simultaneously.
- Excellent attention to detail is a must.
- Impeccable spoken and written English.
- Good knowledge of MS Office.
- Clarity and brevity in communication.

**Valued Extras**
- Additional languages are a plus, particularly Spanish, and Nordic languages.
- Tech savvy-ness is a major plus.
