An ambitious lawyer is sought to join this leading law firm’s highly ranked commercial team. The appointed Commercial Solicitor will be joining a team which focusses on high value and high-profile projects for a range of sectors for Government departments, private sector clients on a variety of commercial contracts. You will work on public-private partnership arrangements and procurement strategies. You will be given client responsibilities from the start and can expect to have the opportunity to run your own projects and responsibility for mentoring junior lawyers. Leading on major projects, the appointed Commercial Solicitor will be expected to draft and negotiate commercial contracts as well as play a key role in further developing the firms specialism within this sector. You will ideally have a minimum of 5 years’ experience handling your own caseload in the commercial / projects sector. Experience of student accommodation projects would be advantageous.
