Working for world leading and innovative company based in Cambridge, the Junior Electrician will work as part of the operations team to carry out electrical maintenance, installations and repair work across the organisation.

You will investigate reported operational problems on site, or carry out routine maintenance whilst assessing problems, diagnosing faults and test running the plant if necessary. You will help to inspect/service plant machinery in accordance with manufacturersguidelines and orders parts from the purchasing and supplies team.

**What's involved for the Junior Electrical Engineer:

- **
- Work with operational teams maintaining, repairing and installing electrical services and equipment
- Fix equipment into position, installing cabling and containment systems
- Service plant machinery
- Work on commercial, industrial and domestic electrics
- Move and erect all necessary access equipment to carry out installations
- Carry out tests and inspections in line with IEE Wiring Regulations

**What you'll need:

- **
- Electrical experience
- Experience of testing and inspection
- Ability to follow technical instructions
- Good customer communication skills
- NVQ Level 2 or above in electrical installation or equivalent relevant qualification
