**Our Front of House Team**:The WBC receptionists are the face of the College to residents, staff, and visitors and set the scene for the experience that all receive. Exhibiting our values of Hospitality and Community, whilst also helping to ensure the safety and security of the site. They are enthusiastic about people, proactive, and keen to learn. The receptionists cultivate great relationships with all departments and collaborate with the staff team across the Business Services Unit to ensure the smooth operation of day-to-day activities and the running of events. Our team benefits from our onsite Gym and meals in our Dining Hall at a discounted price.

**What we do**:

- Manage front of house, ensuring every visitor receives a warm inclusive welcome and excellent experience.
- Perform administrative tasks such as; invoicing, booking checks, data entry, and digital signage. Support Conference Coordinator with large group bookings and conference administration.
- Responsible for ensuring all classrooms are set correctly for conferences and training and equipment setup. (This requires some manual handling)
- Taking pride in the Hub/Reception making sure it is clean, tidy and refreshments are set up.
- Key fire safety point & collaborate on various Health and Safety matters
- Maintain the security of the Campus by utilizing access control systems.

**Qualities we are looking for**:

- A friendly self-starter when working alone, but also an enthusiastic collaborator with team members.
- Ability to prioritize and complete assigned tasks in an assertive, efficient approach.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills, being confident, professional, and approachable at all times.
- Physical ability to undertake duties associated with the role (e.g. moving wheelchair ramp, moving tables, chairs, etc.)

**You may have**
- Experience in guest/customer relations, preferably in a hospitality/education environment
- Experience operating CCTV systems
- Desire to work for a charitable organization
