**Night Contact Centre Advisor**
**Location**:Bristol - South Quay House
**Salary**:£26,333 per annum + bonus + benefits
**Hours**:36 hours per week Monday - Sunday, 4 nights out of 7 on a rota (variation of days). Working between 10pm and 8am.
**The Role**
**What you'll be doing**
- Handling a range of queries, you'll be the ambassador for our brand - proactively selling our rooms, understanding our campaigns and brand initiatives and speaking confidently about what living with Unite Students is like
- Supporting our staff and students in properties and upholding excellence in safety management processes
- Identifying customers' accounts and proactively seeking opportunities to proactively deal with any upcoming service matters
- Providing customers with timely and accurate information; adhering to any timeframes provided for resolution

- We are looking for solutions focussed, customer-orientated individuals; with an abundance of enthusiasm for making our customers feel well-supported
- You'll be someone who can deliver high-quality interactions and commit to taking ownership of any issue and utilising all available resource to resolve them first time
- You'll be target-driven and ready to perform to our departments Key Performance Indicators and Service Level Agreements
- You'll have a great team-spirit, ready on-time, for each shift and demonstrating an understanding of the impact your personal-adherence and work has on our team
