**JOB TITLE**: Office Administrator

**RESPONSIBLE TO**: Contracts Manager

Abacus are looking for a self-motivated, enthusiastic person, who is looking for a permanent role in a busy office environment.

**QUALITIES & ABILITIES**

The role will consist of, but not be limited to the following tasks.
- Communicate and liaise verbally and in writing with customers, suppliers, and co-workers in a professional manner.
- Operate various software packages including MS Office, time and attendance and vehicle tracking.
- Amend and issue job reports to customers.

**PREFERRED SKILLS & QUALIFACTAIONS**
- Previous experience in a busy office environment
- Proficient in the use of MS Office, particularly Word and Excel
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Excellent negotiation and mediation skills, creative analytical person.
- IOSH qualification would be desirable.

**HOURS OF WORK**:
7:30AM - 4:15PM Monday to Thursday (30 minutes lunch break)

7:30AM - 12PM Friday (no lunch break)

= 37.5 hours per week

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £19,000.00-£22,000.00 per year
