Are you an experienced generalist HR Advisor looking to join a small, robust HR team? Our client, a world-leading business based in Tiverton is seeking an HR Advisor to provide high-quality day-to-day operational support across the business. This is a company where employee welfare is of the upmost importance. Study support for CIPD Level 5 considered.

This is a full-time role with the potential of flexible hours to offer a favoured work-life balance. Reduced hours over 5 days also considered. Hybrid working is also an option with 1 day per week from home.

**HR Advisor responsibilities include: -**
- Reporting to the HR and Administration Manager, to deliver the HR model across the group
- Assisting in the disciplinary and grievance processes
- Preparing employee correspondence
- Supporting the payroll team for monthly paid employees to include return-to-work interviews

**HR Advisor requirements include: -**
- Minimum of a CIPD level 3 in HR practice or similar
- Experience in a previous generalist HR role
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and a high level of attention to detail and accuracy
- Adaptable to working to deadlines, self-motivated and a team player
