As HR Office / People Partner you will;
- Assist in Recruitment & Selection
- Be first point of contact for HR matters on site
- Act a point of liaison between HR, Management & Employees
- Support management of your own case-load
- Provide HR advice on employee related matters
- Develop Managers in Employee relations
- Collate evidence for tribunals
- Maintain and manage attendance

If you are;
- An experience HR Manager, Advisor, People Partner
- Thrive within a highly autonomous role
- Have experience working within a fast paced sector
- CIPD5 or above (or working towards)

This role comes with the opportunity to work from home 1 day per week.
