An exciting opportunity has arisen to work as a Recruitment Resourcer on a full-time basis. The role is based in High Wycombe.
**Responsibilities**:
- Making daily incoming and outgoing calls and adding information into CRM.
- Adding all job information into CRM.
- Being in regular communication with the Jobseekers.
- Hitting weekly targets that have been tailormade for you.
- Keeping the director informed of your progress or of any difficulties faced.
- Being active with social media job posts
- Building relationships with the current and future jobseekers.
**Requirements**:
- Good work ethic.
- Willingness to learn.
- Good time keeping.
- Should be good team player.
- Good communication skills both written and verbal.
- Experience working in office environment.
- Previous experience in construction industry within a similar role (1 year minimum).
- Two references from previous jobs.
- Experience with Excel and Word.
- Excellent attention to detail.

**Salary**: £20,000.00 - £23,000.00 per year - depending on experience + commission
