Negotiating contracts and obtaining competitive rates for the supply of electricity, gas and water to all group-occupied sites.
- Approval of all utilities’ invoices
- Liaising with tenants, third party contractors and providers to resolve any queries
- Organising safety testing of supplies and associated equipment PAT tests, and coordinating work needed to be done.

You will be provided with the opportunity to work across the board and learn from the ground up and embed yourself within the company long-term. There is a discretionary bonus scheme, so your hard work will not go unnoticed. I am looking for the following key attributes/ experience:

- Great attention to detail
- A good head for numbers
- Confident with Microsoft office and Excel
- Outstanding communication, both written and verbal
- Can-do attitude
- Bubbly personality
