- Articulate, professional, and numerate
- Experience with Sage Accounts is an advantage
- Excellent attention to detail
- Willingness to learn and a positive can-do attitude
- Customer service experience essential
- Work well under pressure & able keep up in a fast-paced working environment
- Be able to multi-task and prioritise a heavy workload

The role of the Sales Executive is to provide a first-class customer service experience whilst maximising sales by upselling additional products.
- A good understanding of SAGE 50 plus Microsoft Excel, Outlook & Word.
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Strong attention to detail and very good accuracy
- Strong phone presence and experience of sales calls
- Customer service focus
- Excellent administration skills

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £21,500.00-£26,500.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
