**Receptionist - Administrator**

Our Legal Client is recruiting a Receptionist - Administrator to work in their office in **Hazel Grove, Stockport.**

In your role as an Receptionist - Administrator you will be greeting clients, channelling them to the appropriate person, maintenance of file records and administrative support.

**Duties include**:

- Operating the telephone system and manning reception
- Updating Manual records
- Inputting time records on the computer system

As a Receptionist - Administrator you will be expected to work **Monday to Friday 9am to 5:15pm**

**You will need**:

- A confident telephone manner
- To be personable
- Excellent communications skills
