Your Responsibilities
What you’ll do

This post represents an excellent opportunity within clinical research.
You will be working on-site to help provide support to embedded research teams across the trust for new and existing studies.

You will be involved in providing clinical support for trials and research studies and you will work collaboratively with research nurses in providing specialist research and clinical care to research participants.
You will also coordinate volunteer recruitment and management in clinical trials.
You will provide administrative and data management support including data entry and management for a variety of databases, compile study folders, prepare documents for monitoring, meeting planning and general administrative duties.
What we’re looking for

We are currently looking for full-time band 4 senior clinical trial assistants to work in our Clinical Research Facility Adult nursing team and Cancer and Vaccine team. Enthusiasm, self-motivation, attention to detail, ability to work independently and as part of a team, flexibility and drive will be required to ensure the success of this post. You will need to have an excellent level of written and verbal communication skills and good time management skills with the ability to meet a deadline.

You must be flexible to cover different shift patterns including nights and weekends and be able to travel for the purposes of work.
