**Salary: £27,000 - £50,000 per annum depending on experience**

**About the role**

Due to a recent expansion, we are looking for an experienced Speech and Language Therapist to join our Clinical Hub, working as a key integrated member of our clinical and education team at Park School based in Oxfordshire.

You will implement a holistic, therapeutic approach to helping our children and young people in their daily lives, ensuring they are safe, comfortable, and healthy. Undertaking all aspects of Speech and Language Therapy clinical duties, you will adhere to professional and regulatory guidelines, carrying out specialist individual assessments and interventions, and preparing relevant documentation, including writing reports. A significant element of this role will be working alongside the occupational therapist onsite and the clinical lead to establish the clinical service provision for the school include providing support/training to staff and parents.

**Essential Criteria**:

- Recognised Speech & Language Therapy degree
- Valid and up to date HCPC Registration
- Registered member of RCSLT
- Previous experience of paid or voluntary work within a trauma or complex needs setting
- Clear and concise report writing relating to clinical and research activities
- Hold a full UK driving licence, with access to a car
- Experience within the specialist client group. (complex communication issues relating to autism, including language disorder, dyspraxia, sensory impairment, learning disabilities/difficulties and associated challenging behaviour)
- Ability to work independently
