Here is a breakdown of what you’ll be doing:
- Plan weekly homepage messages and hierarchy alongside the product marketing manager, considering device type, customer group and region- Lead homepage sign off with creative and marketing teams, ensuring BAU deadlines are met- Work with the site trading co-ordinator to develop homepage reporting- Daily analysis on homepage and category and brands performance in order to determine in-week actions to drive trade- Weekly and monthly content performance, including campaign, brands and editorial identifying actions to drive performance- Work with brand partnership team to plan in brand homepage support- Work with the editorial team to integrate content within customer journey- Support the Site Content Planning Manager with planning the customer journey and execution of our seasonal promotions onsite- Manage promotion execution including T&Cs, asset briefs and comms plan- Own the onsite execution of our campaigns, working closely with visual merchandising and brand campaigns team to ensure customer journey is cohesive- End of campaign reporting, ensuring lessons learnt are documented for future campaigns- Supports product marketing and site trading content calendar to ensure all seasonal plans are executed and balanced with trading based on seasonal performance

- Strong commercial and strategic acumen paired with creative flair- In-depth understanding of the global luxury consumer and retail landscapes across markets- Proven track record of project management (end - end) and analytical skills- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with sharp attention to detail- Highly computer literate with advanced knowledge of e-commerce environments- Highly developed communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability and confidence to liaise at all levels- Excellent work ethos, organisational skills, ability to show flexibility and initiative- Experience in training, mentoring and ideally managing
