The Doubletree by Hilton Bristol City Centre is one of the leading 4* city centre hotels with 206 bedrooms and multiple conference rooms.

The hotel is now actively looking to recruit an FB Supervisor to join the busy Team. The ideal person will have experience in a busy hospitality environment and is looking to make the step up to Supervisor. The person will also be able to demonstrate great customer service skills, a friendly and positive attitude and ensure customer expectations are anticipated and met with a high level of attention to detail.

The main responsibilities of the role are:

- To Support the Management team at all times whilst also providing positive leadership, clear vision, direction and appropriate support to the Restaurant Bar Teams whilst the Management team is away from the hotel
- To consistently be able to demonstrate professional supervisory behaviours with decisions taken in line with the Company and the Brand’s values
- Provide friendly service to the customer, maximising sales and complying with the legal and procedural requirements as laid down
- To prepare the Restaurant and Bar, self and associated areas for service
- Keeping the area clean and sufficiently always stocked
- Providing the correct accompaniments for all food and drinks served
- Accurately taking food and drink orders and maximising up selling opportunities
- To observe Health, Hygiene, COSHH, Fire, Health Safety regulations and requirements

Eligibility
In line with the Asylum and Immigration Act 1996, all applicants must have the eligibility to live and work in the United Kingdom.
Documentation is required at interview stage (for EU Nationals share code requested to check EU Settled/Pre-Settled status).
Please note that working hours are 7am - 11pm and therefore if you are thinking about applying, you must be aged 18 or over due to working time regulations.

No Remote Work

We're in the center of Bristol, close to motorways and a five-minute walk from Temple Meads rail station. The shops at Cabot Circus, the Bristol Aquarium, and Bristol Hippodrome are all within a mile. Housed in a 17th-century glass kiln, Kiln restaurant serves modern British meals for breakfast and dinner. Our free fitness center is open all day.
