**ADMIN SUPPORT OFFICER**

Conexus Recovery & Field Services provides specialist Field services to our clients across the Utility and Banking Finance Sectors. Conexus Recovery & Field Services is looking for an Admin Support Officer to assist our doorstep agents in ROI & Northern Ireland.

We are looking for a self-motivated individual who has a good eye for detail and most importantly, fantastic communication skills. The ability to manage doorstep agents, your own workload and ability to prioritise is a must.

This particular job role will focus on doorstep agent visits. You will be provided with Full ‘on the job’ training and support. Previous experience is not essential, however having doorstep field administration would be an advantage.

We offer a competitive starting salary **£20,500 with rise after probation to £21,000, plus monthly bonus, 22 annual leave days, & BUPA Health Care**. Your working hours are 37.5 hours per week.

**General Duties**:

- Responsible for assisting Field Operations Manager, Field Support Team and Agents in administration tasks, scheduling, communications, and client relations.
- Administration tasks include but are not limited to: Managing Agents in relation to plan completion performance on a daily basis, loading, maintaining and monitoring accounts to completion.
- Primary function is supporting the day to day administration, and to assist Agents in all tasks related to performance and implementation.
- Oversee all doorstep visits to ensure visits are completed within the SLA

**Primary Responsibilities**:

- Coordinating updates on agent stationery and marketing materials.
- Delegation of accounts on weekly/monthly basis to Agents.
- Organising updates of Client reports to send to various Clients weekly.
- Co-ordination and administration of Warrants including all paperwork.
- Co‐ordinate the Agents accounts and travel arrangements.
- Organize meetings / greet clients and visitors to the office.

**Essential Skills and Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in a field administrative position preferred but not essential.
- Strong PC skills i.e. Word, Excel, Power Point and MS Outlook. Knowledge of Excel is critical.
- Extremely detail oriented / ability to recall information quickly, and ability to effectively prioritize workflow.
- Capable of multi-tasking.
- Excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skills and have a good telephone manner.
- Must be able to work on their own but seek guidance when needed.
- Ability to exercise good judgement, show initiative and be proactive.
- High standards of ethics and confidentiality to handle sensitive information.
- Work well within a team environment and adapt to changing need
- Professional with a positive and pro-active attitude
