Company Secretary

**Key Responsibilities**:
- File and maintain company records with precision.
- Translate notes and dictations into typewritten form.
- Perform various clerical tasks within commercial organisations.
- Open, sort, distribute, and file correspondence, both in hard copy and electronic formats.
- Utilise appropriate software to produce correspondence, memoranda, and reports.
- Keep and retrieve documents, set up and maintain a filing system, and reproduce copies of documentation as required.
- Arrange meetings, circulate agendas and other meeting documents, attend meetings, and take and prepare minutes.
- Ensure office supplies, such as stationery and equipment, are well-maintained.
**Qualifications and Skills**:
- No minimum academic requirements, although entrants to professional secretarial courses typically require GCSEs grades A-C.
- NVQs/SVQs in Administration are available at levels 2, 3, and 4.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Proficient in using office software and tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping.
**Salary**: £24,218.00-£26,511.03 per year
