We have an immediate Full-time opportunity available for an experienced Claims Administrator to join our vibrant team.

Obtaining all the documents required to process claim.

**Core Responsibilities**:

- Proccessing and then dealing with claims using our bespoke case management system;
- Conducting enquiries and investigations as appropriate
- Ensure full compliance with all office protocols client service level agreements;
- Achieving on all own handled claims 100% data integrity compliance using our bespoke case management system
- Undertaking full validation process of claims presented

**Key Competencies Needed**:

- Enthusiastic positive person with a “can do” approach;
- Strong communication skills and good telephone manner;
- Ability to cope under pressure and respond to demands;
- Adaptable to change and willingness to learn
- Problem solving approach;
- Good organisational skills;
- Self-motivation and good use of initiative;
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

**Salary**: £19,012.00-£20,231.00 per year

Supplemental pay types:
