Our team brings together creative, like-minded individuals who all have a passion for design, development and all things tech.

Today the company is looking to grow our team further in order to meet the exciting project demands of our varied client base.

We work across multiple sectors, but currently with particular coverage in sport, research, education and local authorities.

You will be confident to provide technical support to our clients via well written correspondence, Zoom meetings or effective communication on the telephone to ensure excellent customer service. Training will be provided on our websites and services, but the ability to learn quickly and deal with changes is important.

In addition, you will be a team player with a positive can-do attitude, and the ability to be flexible when internal processes have to change in order to meet the quick moving technical landscape.

The post will be based at our office in Loughborough, Leicestershire.

**Qualifications**:
Maths and English GCSE Grade C or above or equivalent

**Principle Duties & Responsibilities**:
**Administrative Coordination and Support**
- Manage and coordinate the company’s administration functions to ensure delivery of organisation wide requirements.
- Act as first point of contact for client queries and ensure that customers are supported and provided with a high quality service
- Organise and schedule meetings, maintaining effective diary management
- Ensure accurate and efficient administration processes, record keeping and filing systems for projects and transactional work.
- Organise meetings and training events, attend meetings and take notes as required.
- Produce consistently accurate data and correspondence, achieving a right first time approach
- Manage all electronic and paper documentation to ensure compliance with GDPR and data protection legislation and company procedures
- Provide administration for ad-hoc requirements such as large mail communications, annual processes, projects and the production of any correspondence.
- Input correct monetary data into the CRM system, generating PO’s and deal with basic office management such as incoming and outgoing post.
- Keep administration processes under review to ensure optimum efficiency and effectiveness and continuous improvement

**Organisation and Project Work**
- Support the delivery of projects - research information and present findings as required
- Support and participate in project teams and attend relevant meetings as required.
- Suggest and support improvements for projects and their administration

**Underpinning Approach**
- Act at all times in the interest of the company, ensuring the highest standards of performance and meeting necessary deadlines.
- Maintain confidentiality at all times and handle all information in accordance with data protection and other relevant legislation and company procedures.
