Job description


We have an exciting opportunity to join our growing team This role will report into the HR Manager, and will work closely with the Senior Administrator.


This is a varied role working in a small team to provide coordination, and administrative support across all areas of the business, the administrator will have particular responsibility for coordinating fleet and asset activities.


Key skills and responsibilities:

  • To act as first point of contact for the business, answering callas and monitoring general inboxes to respond, or direct enquiries as appropriate
  • To coordinate fleet activities such as monitoring Check safe completion, producing speeding check reports, arranging vehicle hire and maintenance appointments
  • To issue equipment and vehicles to new employees during the onboarding process
  • Maintain an accurate and up to date equipment asset list
  • Arrange accommodation and travel requirements
  • Maintain supplies of stationery and equipment
  • Ensure that office equipment is maintained
  • Any other administrative / coordination tasks commensurate with the level of the role
To be successful in this role you will;

  • Have proven administrative experience
  • Fleet / transport/engineering environment would be an advantage
  • Have strong attention to detail
  • Be a confident communicator
  • Enjoy working as part of a team
