**Role**:
We are looking for a dynamic, energetic, and proactive Client Delivery Executive who has a thrust for championing great service by communicating with clients and making sure services are delivered. Your main focus is to provide excellent customer service that saves money for the company and the client. Amazing, right?

To be successful you will be a proactive hands-on, strong communicator with a keen eye on details.

We see this individual owning core responsibilities such as:

- Main point of contact for clients day to day activities
- Manage and monitor our help desk functions acting as first line support
- Handle customer complaints and escalations in a professional and timely manner
- Manage client projects from start to finish, ensuring that all deliverables are met within scope, on time, and within budget

**Who you will work with**:

**What You'll Do**:

- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, managing expectations and ensuring satisfaction with products and services
- Develop strong relationships with clients, gaining an understanding of their business needs and objectives
- Manage client projects from start to finish, ensuring that all deliverables are met within scope, on time, and within budget
- Serve as a liaison between clients and internal teams, coordinating efforts to ensure that client needs are being met
- Conduct regular status meetings with clients and internal teams, providing updates on project progress and addressing any concerns
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments to better serve clients
- Handle customer complaints and escalations in a professional and timely manner

**Experience & qualifications**:

- 1 to 2 years experience in a service delivery role
- Experience in AdTech industry desired but not essential
- Proficiency in G-suite and Microsoft Office
- Most importantly eager to learn
